The chart for mods makes it look like I would be Street Prepared class though. Honestly I think the name "Street Prepared" is lame, and the way they class cars is retarded. I don't have most of those parts but because I have an aftermarket fuel pump I get thrown in that class lol.

Yeah classing is kinda bogus in some areas. As for me, I want an intake, but that would bump me up to Josh's VERY competive class (STS), whereas an exhaust would not move me. But I don't really want an exhaust, and I definitely don't want both lol.

but how would they know you have an aftermarket fuel pump

I was still in HS stock class hehehe. But if I did well they would probably look at my car in more detail.

Well if they were to look closely, they would see that the fuel pump says cp-e on it.... Besides, I don't really care for cheating lol.

1st run, not recorded but my worst time too lol, was 52.946. My last run and best run was 46.288. I'm not sure what other cars in my class were getting but a modded turbo cobolt ss was getting 43's. Andrew aka boomboomm3 got a 46 or 47 for his best run too, there were other cars getting 38's through 43 too. Also some cars getting mid 40's to 50 seconds. I don't know the classes and who was in what but those were the times I got.

Like I said have a lot of room to improve. I felt like I could barely get on the gas cause I would have to enter the next turn right away. After riding along with some people, I have a few ideas of what to try next time. On the bright side, I didn't kill any cones lol.

I honestly don't understand the whole scoring system. In NV2 I had second fastest lap but ranked 3rd. What does PAX and FT% mean, do you know?

Also there were only six of us in the group so 3rd place isn't that huge of a deal lol.

Well PAX is kinda like a "handicap". Depending on your stock class/class, you have a certain number. That number is, I think, divided by your fastest time. Giving you your PAX. Whoever in your class gets the fastest time, is automatically awarded the top PAX, which is 1000. Your placing is not by your time. It's by your PAX. I have no idea what FT% means though. Josh can explain the PAX thing a whole lot better than I can lol.

And Roel, if you were to place 2nd, you would be in the running for a trophy. When there are only 6 people in your group, only 2 people get a trophy. So I think 3rd is a good place to start

You have 2 more events to improve!

At the end of the series (fall series is Sept.-Dec.), your lowest PAX score is dropped, and the remaining ones are added together to get your overall PAX, deciding your placing for the series. So you have to attend 3 out of 4 events to qualify. If you show up to the next 2, your lowest one will not be dropped, however, because you only showed to 3. They just simply would drop the one where you did not show (which there wouldn't be a PAX score anyway). Make sense? lol
